Tell us about your company and services:
We are a relatively new service that's about to revolutionize the hosting business. Our company, HostVoice.net, is helping connect individuals and small businesses that are in search of a new web host or a dedicated server with a provider that can meet their needs.
What are your target markets?
We target people that know what they want and are not looking for the cheapest deal, but rather for undisputed quality and commitment. We also have plans to move into the local markets with thousands of potential customers for our partners. Our main targets are the small businesses that are looking to establish their presence online.
What makes you different from other web hosting companies?
Well for one we are not a hosting company. We do not provide hosting services instead we help people find the best deal with the help of our partners with no cost to the end consumer.
What would you say is your company's main strength?
Our main strength is our dedication to the customers. Another aspect without which we would not survive are our partners.
In your opinion, what make great hosting services?
Reliability, support, and a down to earth attitude when it comes to dealing with customers.
Describe the support services that you provide:
We offer every kind of support imaginable, ranging from a toll free number, any instant messenger and email support to a custom PM system as a part of our control panel.
Where do you see the hosting industry 4-5 years from now?
I am certain that those companies that have been established a few years ago,
have a good reputation, and a loyal base of clients will continue to flourish
and grow. It will be much tougher for the new companies to break into the market
without being able to offer something unique to their clients. Unless the
industry comes up with something revolutionary in terms of services, or new
marketing techniques (visit HostVoice.net), the market will be divided among a
number of big companies.
Then again, the hosting industry has been growing very fast and it has also been
very unpredictable. Considering all of this, we should probably expect the
unexpected.
