Tell us about your company and services:
Host4Future is derived from Web4Future, a company founded in 1998. Since the beginnings, Web4Future offered shared hosting for it's clients. In four years of web development for clients around the world starting an own web hosting company seemed more appropriate, so we launched Host4Future.com in 2002. Since then, we moved all our existing clients to Host4Future servers, providing quality hosting to over 1000 clients around the world.
What are your target markets?
As I mentioned before the bulk of our clients are Web4Future customers, but we welcome anyone who is looking for a quality hosting solution.
What makes you different from other web hosting companies?
Why would I choose Host4Future if I were looking to host my website?
I can't answer this question objectively so I think it would be better if your
readers would go to our site www.host4future.com and research for themselves:)
What would you say is your company's main strength?
Our technical staff works hard to keep the servers online all the time. In the past 12 months we achieved an average of 99.88% uptime, based on results by InternetSeer (www.internetseer.com). Around 0.05% was downtime due to software upgrades(PHP,mySQL,cPanel,Apache, perl modules etc.). I believe that our main strength is this dedication to provide our customers 24/7 hosting with possibly no downtimes.
In your opinion, what make great hosting services?
In an imaginary dais, I would definitely award "uptime" the first place, followed closely by "easily manageable customer accounts". Third place would go to "multi-scripting and custom installed modules support". "Customer care and support" would also get a special mention prize.
Describe the support services that you provide:
We provide 24/7 e-mail, 8 AM-10 PM (GMT) phone support and thrive to provide 24/7 live chat support as well.
Where do you see the hosting industry 4-5 years from now?
I believe the future of the web hosting market will be the playground of a handful of large corporations. Why? Although the costs to start a new company is lowered every month, customers are frightened of newer companies because of market instability. Who would like to host with a company that could just disappear in a month because it did not gather enough customers to pay for that dedicated server.
"For the next 24 months, clients will look at well known brands, [...]
If you're not a known name, things are going to be tough." says Gartner
hosting analyst Ted Chamberlin (www.gartner.com) and I have to agree with him.
Thank you
