Tell us about your company and services:
Lunarpages is an international Award Winning Web Hosting Service Provider. We provider services for all types of hosting including shared, Unix, Windows and Dedicated Servers. In addition we have a top notch web design team which helps implement services into our clients' web sites or design & build their entire sites for them.
What are your target markets?
Our customer base varies but we do serve a large portion of the webmaster community that have experience in hosting with us and other companies. Our reputation as the most reliable & best customer service web hosting provider has earned us legions of loyal customers & one of the best renewal rates in the industry.
What makes you different from other web hosting companies?
We specialize in service. There are some companies who are only interested in substantial growth &huge sales numbers that their staff cannot support. While our growth has been robust we have managed every step of the way to keep up with the pace of that growth & maintain the best rated service standard in the industry.
What would you say is your company's main strength?
Our main strength is our commitment to our customers & their loyalty in our corporation. We have one of the largest community forums in the world & they are all our loyal customers, who assist us in beta & bug testing new systems as well as assisting some of the newer webmasters and helping them advance their services. We recognize that without our customers we could not work in this great environment or be as successful as we are.
In your opinion, what makes great hosting services?
What makes a great web hosting company is attention to detail and a commitment to be ever present to what is happening to your clients' sites. The reality is that every web hosting company is prone to problems, outages & cyber attacks.
How a company addresses client's needs and how vigilant they are to provide exceptional hosting service will tell a lot about that company's success & their long term commitment to their trade.
Describe the support services that you provide:
We offer Phone, email & chat services as well as a completely detailed FAQ and a forum community with thousands of helpful members. We are the only company to have won as many awards as we have for our customer service by the top rated web hosting review sites.
Where do you see the hosting industry 4-5 years from now?
In 4-5 years we see this market as being stronger as ever. We do see some consolidation in the future but we believe that this will help to improve the industry as a whole as it will cull the weak unsophisticated providers and leave more customers hosted with the cream of the crop providers like Lunarpages.
